2. Service Description

Sello is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps cross-border e-commerce sellers generate optimized product listings, product images, and compliance checks. The Service uses artificial intelligence models which may produce varying results; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and maintain its accuracy.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account unless otherwise authorized.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

• Credits are consumed per operation (5 credits per listing generation, 10 credits per image generation).
• Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for subscription customers.
• We are not responsible for credits lost due to failed AI generation attempts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Use the Service to generate prohibited, restricted, or dangerous goods listings.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service's systems.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced through Sello is owned by you, the user. Sello retains rights to the underlying AI models and platform technology. You grant Sello a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Platform-specific compliance issues in AI-generated listings.
• Listing rejection or account suspension by e-commerce platforms.
• Service interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access stored content ceases.
