• Payment information: processed securely by third-party payment providers (PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay). We do not store your full payment details.

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Sello service:

• To generate AI-optimized listings, product images, and compliance checks.
• To save your generation history for future reference and improvements.
• To process subscription payments and manage your credit balance.

• API key isolation — AI service API keys are server-side only and never exposed to clients.

Sello integrates with the following third-party services to deliver core functionality:

• Intelligent Text Engine — proprietary prompt architecture paired with industry-grade AI models, deeply understands cross-border e-commerce scenarios, and automatically adapts Listing structure and compliance requirements for each platform (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop).
• Intelligent Image Engine — proprietary multimodal image generation pipeline built for e-commerce product photography, supporting background consistency, unified lighting, batch style transfer, and other advanced capabilities.
• Payment providers (PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay) — for processing subscription payments.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
